At Delta Hydrofoils we are specialized in foils only. We build the best foil we can. Each model and size is designed from the ground up, not just a resized copy of a base design.

We like to keep things simple and stay focused on performance and quality. As our designer George says he won't design any foil that he wouldn't want to ride himself.

We have 2 mast systems. A Modular Frame which is versatile and affordable. And a Rigid Frame for optimal stifness and performance.

Each front wing and back wing (stabilizer) is compatible with both systems.

Modular Frame (M-frame)

Delta hydrofoil M-Frame components are entirely interchangeable. Any Delta wing can be mounted to the two fuselage lengths available.

Unlike most other brands the top plate and fuseslages are always fabricated of carbon. They are compatible with aluminium and carbon Delta masts.

The aluminum masts are available in 61, 71, 81and 91 cm lengths. A 85 cm carbon mast is available as a drop-in replacement for any aluminum Delta mast.

Rigid Frame (R-Frame)

In the world of hydrofoils, rigidity equals stability. The Delta R Frame is born out of the need to maximize the rigidity of the structure while maintaining the versatility that Delta is known for. Seamless transitions at all of the load points allow for a solid structure, while the additional fuselage connection allows for various lengths and a compact design. The R frame is a true extension of the rider.

Delta Hydrofoil Construction

We use prepreg carbon fiber construction with a high density foam core for our wings, stabilizer, fuselage, carbon masts and top plate.

We make the aluminum masts in the USA, using a much thinner wall than that used by many other brands, which means ours are lighter. For instance, our 81cm aluminum mast weighs only 1,3 kg, while the typical aluminum mast is 1,75 kg.
